Thai Airways trân trọng thông báo đến Quý Đại lý về thủ tục hướng dẫn xử lý vé cho các hành trình đi và đến Dhaka.
Hành khách sẽ được hỗ trợ thay đổi vé hoặc hoàn vé trong các trường hợp cụ thể trên file thông báo hướng dẫn.
Quý Đại lý vui lòng cập nhật thông tin và triển khai đến khách hàng.

Ticket Handling Procedures for Dhaka, Bangladesh
Due to unstable situation regarding processions in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for passengers holding TG tickets (217- ) issued worldwide and the reservations for travel with TG321 / TG322 / TG339 / TG340 to/ from Dhaka (DAC) on 05 August 2024 to 12 August 2024 flights will have the following options:
1. Reservation Change :
Sector to/from Dhaka (DAC)
Authorize to change date of travel (same routing) within ticket validity without rebooking fee. (Fare difference to be applied e.g. for difference RBD).
All any additional amount fares, taxes (if any) to be collected, the expenses occurred are on passenger’s account.
Notation on the Remark field on the PNR: “Irregularity Flights due to processions in Dhaka”
2. Refund for partially used and totally unused ticket:
Partially used ticket for travel sectors remaining or totally unused ticket, refund charge shall be followed as per ticket condition and calculation of residue refund value shall be based on normal refund procedures.

Ticket Handling Procedures for Dhaka, Bangladesh (UN)
For passengers holding TG tickets (217- ) issued worldwide and the reservations for travel with TG321 / TG322 / TG339 / TG340 to/ from Dhaka (DAC) on 06 August 2024 to 08 August 2024 flights are involuntarily cancelled (UN) by THAI, will have the following options:
1. Reservation Change :
Sector to/from Dhaka (DAC)
Authorize to change date of travel (same routing) within ticket validity without rebooking fee. (Fare difference to be applied e.g. for difference RBD).
All any additional amount fares, taxes (if any) to be collected, the expenses occurred are on passenger’s account.
Notation on the Remark field on the PNR: “Flight Suspension by THAI”
2. Refund for partially used ticket:
Partially used ticket for travel sectors remaining, refund charge shall be waived and calculation of residue refund value shall be based on involuntary refund procedures.
3. Cancellation and /or Refund for totally unused Ticket
If the request or ticket cancellation and/or ticket refund, any penalty/charges on the cancellation and/or refund transaction as stated on attached fare rule/conditions will be exempted. Waiver of the penalty/charges is permitted.
