Thai Airways International Public Company Limited would like to inform passengers and/or the ticket creditor as of today until October 31, 2023 passengers and/or ticket creditors can request refund through online channels
• Registration for passengers and/or ticket creditor which filed the case with the Official Receiver of the Legal Execution Department and had a final order to request a refund ticket.
• Registration for passengers and/or ticket creditor who did not submit a case to the Official Receiver but contacted to request a ticket refund and express your intention with THAI before September 14, 2020.
(During THAI canceled flights due to the situation of the spread of COVID-19 virus)
Remark :
1. Tickets that meet the conditions as specified above, and is a ticket issued through the website thaiairways.com, passengers and/or ticket creditors will be refunded through the original payment without registration.
2. Tickets that do not meet the conditions specified, passengers and/or ticket creditors can contact for a refund through normal channels.
