LOUNGE ACCESS
1. THAI Royal First Class passengers/Star Alliance First Class passengers with one guest travelling on the same flight.
2. THAI Royal Silk Class passengers/ Star Alliance Business Class Passengers -No Eligible Guest is allowed, unless holding a Star Gold card
3. Royal Orchid Plus Platinum/Royal Orchid Plus Gold status members and Star Alliance Gold status cardholders departing on a THAI or Star Alliance operating flight.
- Customer is entitled to one Eligible Guest travelling on the same THAI/Star Alliance flight departing from the local airport
- Gold Status Cardholders must present proof they hold SAG level status. This may be :
- A valid frequent flyer programme SAG level card.
- A Boarding Pass showing the SAG level status
4. Thai Smile Airways’ Smile Plus passengers -No Eligible Guest is allowed
5. Star Alliance Gold cardholders departing on a Thai Smile Airways operating flight (as a Star Connecting partner) must present boarding pass or itinerary to/from a same day (within 24 hours) connecting Star Alliance flight.
6. Star Alliance Paid Lounge membership cards (Air Canada Maple Leaf Club – Worldwide and United Airlines United Club) departing on any THAI/Star Alliance flights.

Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd. reserves the right to decline the services of Royal Orchid Spa Lounge under the following circumstances.
Passengers with :
– Underlying disorder and chronic diseases e.g. heart diseases, diabetes, cancer.
– High or low blood pressure (Hypertension, Hypotension)
– Skin infection e.g. warts, Athlete’s Foot or Tinea pedis
– Psoriasis, Open wound, abrasion, eczema, bruising, skin burn
– Osteoporosis
– High fever (more than 38.5 degrees celsius)
– Contagious diseases e.g. Tuberculosis, Hepatitis
– Blood disorder e.g. Coagulopathy (clotting disorder), Excess blood alcohol
– Arthritis, Muscular pain and acute inflammation
– The First 3 months of pregnancy
– Intoxicated
– Age under 16 years old

(Full Body Oil Massage – 60 minutes for First Class only)
Start your journey with a relaxing Touch of Silk, full-body oil massage. Performed with the unique ‘Thai touch’, this massage will help to prepare your body for your onward flight by increasing blood circulation as well as relieving muscular tension and helping to provide necessary hydration for you Silk massage, you will be left with an overall sense of well-being and total relaxation.
ROYAL THAI MASSAGE
(Full Body Massage – 60 minutes for First Class only)
Thai massage is perceived as one of the most precious of Thai traditional therapies. The Royal Thai Massage helps to stimulate blood circulation, reduce edema caused by travelling and reduce body fatigue. With its unique acupressure techniques, applied by experts, your muscles will feel relieved and your mind relaxed, easing the toll of your long-haul journey.
NECK & SHOULDER MASSAGE
(30 minutes)
The Neck & Shoulder Massage is a great way to relieve stress which has built up from the rigors of everyday life from working long hours at your computer. Using specific techniques the therapist will work to loosen tight muscles around the neck and shoulders whilst simultaneously assessing how much tension is held in the body and how best to release it. You will board your flight feeling more relaxed and a little lighter around the shoulders.
FOOT MASSAGE
(30 minutes)
Let’s help prepare you for your onward journey, by taking the weight off your feet and giving them a relaxing massage, which they truly deserve. The Foot massage is a well-known relaxation therapy to help take care of tired feet. The gentle touch of the therapist’s hands and the deep pressure from their fingers, create a sense of overall relaxation and will help to stimulate your vital organs.
